Japan MLITT reported (Nov-2016) the following traffic highlights in Aug-2016:

• Passenger numbers:
• • Domestic: 9.5 million, +2.3% year-on-year;
  • International: 1.9 million, +10.3%;
  • • China: 397,904, +16.4%;
    • South Korea: 158,090, +17.4%;
    • Rest of Asia: 767,110, +12.4%;
    • Americas: 255,025, +4.0%;
    • Europe: 128,943, -5.5%;
    • Oceania: 23,624, +89.9%;
• Passenger load factor:
• • Domestic: 75.6%;
  • International: 82.5%;
• Cargo volume:
• • Domestic: 84,719 tons, -0.5%;
  • International: 138,752, +13.3%.
