Japan Civil Aviation Bureau says current management of Japanese airports is inefficient

Japan Civil Aviation Bureau Minister's secretariat Hisataka Hiragochi, at CAPA LCCs in North Asia Summit, said (07-Jun-2016) the current management of Japanese airports is inefficient, as it is made up of different bodies managing different aspects of the airport. Currently the terminal is managed by one entity and the runway is by another. Mr Hiragochi said this is very inefficient and communication between the two has created issues.
