Jackson Square Aviation would be 'a little more cautious' about widebodies than narrowbodies

Jackson Square Aviation head of marketing Chris Dailey, speaking at the CAPA Airline Fleet & Finance Summit 2016, said (03-Mar-2016) he would be "a little more cautious" about widebodies than narrowbodies "on a production standpoint." Mr Dailey continued: "Not on the [Boeing] 787 or A350 but perhaps the A330 and 777… A number of aircraft in the last year have come off lease that are relatively young and it's very hard to place them without competing directly with the manufacturer who has slots in the same time horizon." Mr Dailey noted: "We do hope manufacturers bring in a bit of restraint when it comes to those aircraft types."
