Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency restricted Izhavia's air operator's certificate until 28-Jul-2026, ordering the carrier to strengthen flight safety management, adjust its HR structure (including appointing a flight safety management system lead) and conduct internal audits of airworthiness and maintenance divisions.1 Izhavia director general Aleksandr Sinelnikov said the findings related to procedural and organisational issues and that it had prepared an action plan and schedule to address the recommendations.1
