IndiGo to deploy 787-9 on Delhi-Bangkok service from Mar-2025

IndiGo announced (25-Feb-2025) plans to deploy its recently received Boeing 787-9 on daily Delhi-Bangkok Suvarnabhumi service, commencing 01-Mar-2025. The aircraft is IndiGo's first widebody and is leased from Norse Atlantic Airways. IndiGo entered an agreement with Norse Atlantic Airways for the wet lease of a Boeing 787-9, with delivery expected by Mar-20251. Air India, SpiceJet, and Thai Airways also operate the Delhi-Bangkok Suvarnabhumi route, with Air India planning to increase its frequency to four daily flights from 01-Jan-20252.
