India’s Ministry of Civil Aviation ordered IndiGo to cut daily domestic operations by 10% until end-Mar-2026 after significant Dec-2025 cancellations linked to crew rostering issues following the Nov-2025 FDTL changes, and it also introduced an INR18,000 domestic fare cap on 07-Dec-2025 amid disruption.1 The DGCA’s revised FDTL framework increased weekly rest to 48 hours, broadened the night-duty window to 00:00-06:00, and tightened night flying, duty, and landing limits, alongside quarterly fatigue reporting requirements.2
