IMF: Europe is still in 'troubling' situation

International Monetary Fund MD Dominique Strauss-Kahn stated Europe, where a debt crisis prompted bailouts of Greece and Ireland in 2010, remains in a “troubling” situation (Bloomberg, 08-Dec-2010). He added that the effects of the global financial turmoil “are far from over”, adding: “The situation in Europe remains troubling and the future is more uncertain than ever.”
