HRADF invites advisor as it plans to conduct assessment of 23 Greek regional airports

Greece's Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) issued (13-Jun-2016) an invitation for companies to act as an advisor to conduct an assessment study on 23 regional airports not acquired by Fraport, with offers due by 24-Jun-2016. The advisor must provide HRADF a study that will cover:

  • Review and evaluation of each airport from an operational, commercial and traffic point of view;
  • Identification of the value potential for each airport, taking into consideration the potential to attract additional airlines and destination routes, as well as the upside from ancillary operations;
  • Development of a business case for each airport;
  • Analysis of the potential upside of creating clusters of airports;
  • Evaluation of available and commercially feasible transaction structures. [more - original PR]
