Hochtief considering launching an IPO for shares in airport management division

Germany's Hochtief is currently considering launching an IPO for shares in its airport management division, to improve its stock market valuation (The Financial Times, 15-Aug-09). The company's CEO, Herbert Lütkestratkötter, is examining whether the IPO would lead to increased transparency and a revaluation of the assets. Further details were not disclosed.
