HK Express utilisation rates below 11 hours in 2017

HK Express CEO Andrew Cowen, speaking at the CAPA Fleet & Finance Summit, stated (02-Mar-2017) the carrier's aircraft utilisation rates have fallen below 11 hours in 2017 due to issues at Hong Kong International Airport. The airline aims to increase this by one to one a a half hours. Mr Cowen stressed that aircraft utilisation is "absolutely fundamental".
