Hawaiian Airlines releases investor update regarding 2Q2010 expectations

Hawaiian Airlines released (15-Jun-2010) an investor update regarding the carrier's 2Q2010 expectations including:

  • Passenger revenue per ASM: ASM to improve by 6.5% to 8.5% compared with 2Q2009, with the expected range of improvement slightly below previous expectations of 8-11%;
  • Cost per ASM (excluding fuel): CASM to increase by 3.5% to 5.5% which is lower than the carrier's previously expected 5-8% increase;
  • Fuel expense: GAAP fuel cost per gallon to be USD2.28 to USD2.33. [more]
