Groupe ADP revises FY2019 forecast, expects up to 3.5% pax growth at Aéroport de Paris

Groupe ADP revised (25-Jul-2019) its FY2019 forecast as follows:

• Traffic growth assumption:
  • Revision of traffic growth assumption for Aéroport de Paris between +3.0% and +3.5% year-on-year;
  • Traffic growth assumption unchanged between -38% and -42%, calculated with Istanbul Ataturk Airport in 2018 and without Istanbul Ataturk in 2019;
• Consolidated EBITDA:
  • Decrease between 8% and 13% unchanged, taking into account the Istanbul Ataturk closure;
  • Revision of the consolidated EBITDA restated of the Istanbul Ataturk contribution in 2018 (pro forma) and in 2019: Increase between 3% and 6%;
  • Revision of consolidated EBITDA excluding full consolidation of TAV Airports and AIG: Increase between 2% and 3%;
