Background ✨

GlobalX executive chairman Chris Jamroz said 2Q2026 results were constrained by intensified scheduled maintenance that reduced aircraft availability, but demand remained strong across core passenger markets and targeted sales verticals1. Mr Jamroz said five A320s entering service in 2H2026 would improve fleet age and reliability and reduce maintenance expense over time, while CFO Ryan Goepel said increased aircraft supply supported growth towards a 25-aircraft target1. In 3Q2026, GlobalX began revenue service for two A320s in Oct-2026 and took delivery of the first of three A320 passenger airframes from Spirit Airlines, with all three due to enter service in 4Q2026 or early 1Q20272. GlobalX also completed one heavy and 12 non-heavy maintenance events and lifted pilot headcount 31% since 31-Dec-2025 to 186 pilots to align crewing with fleet expansion2.
