Global framework to address competition issues needed, but not realistic in short term: Lufthansa VP

Lufthansa VP business development Daniel Roeska, speaking at the CAPA Airlines In Transition Summit, said (10-Mar-2016) a global framework is required to address issues of global competition, but such a system is not realistic in the short term. Mr Roeska said stakeholders are currently advocating their own idea of a global market economy. Mr Roeska said he expects bilateral agreements to persist but there may be more negotiations between groups of countries.
