Glasgow Prestwick Airport expanded its China-linked freighter network, with Air China Cargo launching three times weekly Shanghai Pudong-Prestwick Boeing 777F flights and also operating a weekly Guangzhou-Prestwick service.1 Air China Cargo also grew Chengdu Shuangliu-Prestwick from four times weekly to daily from 15-Mar-2026, with the airport stating it handled 15 scheduled cargo flights to China each week, including China Southern Air Logistics operations.2 China Southern Cargo previously began four times weekly Guangzhou-Prestwick cargo flights on 16-May-2025 and considered increasing to daily.3
