The Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub in Dubai South has recently expanded its line maintenance units to 11, covering 76,000sqft, with upgraded facilities and construction scheduled for completion by 3Q20261. IER MRO Industries also planned to begin construction of a 1.3 million sqft engine overhaul and testing project at the same hub in summer 2025, with engine test facilities targeting readiness by the end of 20272.
