Garuda Indonesia's net profit surges in Jul-2011, pax numbers up 30%

Garuda Indonesia reports the following traffic/financial highlights in Jul-2011 (Bloomberg, 18-Aug-2011):

• Passenger numbers: 1.6 million, +30% year-on-year;
• Net profit*: USD37.5 million, +81%.
