GA Telesis recently agreed to acquire AAR Corp's landing gear overhaul and Wheels & Brakes business, which it planned to integrate into its MRO Services Division as GA Telesis Landing Gear Services, significantly enhancing its landing gear servicing capabilities for various aircraft types, including widebody models. The transaction, valued at USD51 million, was expected to close in 1Q20251.
