Four new airlines seeking operating licence in Slovakia
Slovakia's Civil Aviation Authority stated four new companies have filed applications for operating licences, following the collapse of Seagle Air, SkyEurope and Air Slovakia (Neurope, 28-Mar-2010). It has been reported that the carrier may include:
- AirExplore (a company that intends to focus on charter services);
- Travel Service (a subsidiary of Icelandair Group and parent company of SmartWings);
- Central Charter Airlines Slovakia;
- Tatra Jet (a Poprad-based companies that will specialise in VIP and air taxi services).
