Facebook and Google potentially a huge disruptive force: Skyscanner director

Skyscanner director business development Hugh Aitken, speaking at the CAPA Airlines In Transition Summit, said (10-Mar-2016) companies like Facebook and Google can "own the [travel] inspiration space" and potentially be a huge disruptive force by using their access to data to develop personalised products.
