FAA grounds 46 Southwest aircraft for unauthorised parts

FAA announced it has commenced an investigation into Southwest Airlines following the discovery of unauthorised parts on 46 aircraft during a routine inspection (South Florida Business Journal, 26-Aug-09). The aircraft were grounded.
