F2i in talks to buy controlling stake in Naples Airport from Ferrovial

F2i, an Italian infrastructure fund, commenced talks with Ferrovial to acquire a controlling stake in Naples Capodichino International Airport (AirportSmart, 25-Jun-2010). The airport is valued at EUR200 million, with Ferrovial holding a 65% stake through British Airports Company. Ferrovial is seeking to sell the stake to repay debts.
