Exchange Income Corporation priced the CAD600 million 4.324% senior unsecured notes due 13-Mar-2031 as its inaugural investment grade senior unsecured issuance, led by RBC Capital Markets, CIBC Capital Markets and National Bank Capital Markets, with closing expected on or about 13-Mar-2026.1 EIC’s Aerospace & Aviation segment posted 57% revenue growth to CAD680 million and 30% adjusted EBITDA growth to CAD202 million in 3Q2025, driven partly by the Canadian North addition and higher medevac flying.2
