Brazil's ANAC published the final airworthiness criteria for Eve's eVTOL, with Eve subsequently focusing on defining compliance measures and working with the FAA for simultaneous validation of the type certificate. ANAC's president Tiago Faierstein stated certification was targeted for 2026 or 2027, contingent on technology maturity, with market deployment as a key focus1 2.
