European Court of Justice issues ruling on Austrian Airlines' 2012 cancellation of labour agreement

European Court of Justice (ECJ) issued (11-Sep-2014) a ruling relating to Austrian Airlines' 2012 cancellation of its collective wage agreement with staff and subsequent transfer of staff to Tyrolean Airways. The ruling follows a request from Austria's Oberster Gerichtshof.
