European Travel Retail Council (ETRC) announced the European Union has passed legislation lifting restrictions on passengers carrying duty free liquids, aerosols and gels purchased at non-EU airports and airlines (DFNI Online, 06-Apr-2011). The new legislation comes into effect on 29-Apr-2011.
