Etihad reports best ever third quarter in 3Q2011

Etihad Airways revenue up 39% - financial highlights in 3Q2011:

  • Revenue: USD1100 million, +39% year-on-year;
    • Passenger: USD833 million, +32%;
    • Cargo: USD168 million, +28%;
  • Operating costs: +12%;
  • Passenger numbers: 2.3 million, +18%;
  • Load factor: 80.7%, +3.8 ppts;
  • Cargo volume: 77,623 tonnes, +16%;
