Etihad Airways overhauls finance operations with Microsoft AI

Microsoft and Etihad Airways completed (02-Feb-2021) overhaul of the airline's finance operations through Microsoft AI in partnership with Microsoft partner Predica. The partnership is expected to enhance the payment inspection process and supported the launch of a new Anomaly Detector product in early Jan-2021.
