Ethiopian Airlines receives first A350

Ethiopian Airlines announced (28-Jun-2016) it received its first A350-900, becoming the first airline in Africa to receive the aircraft type. Ethiopian CEO Tewolde Gebremariam stated: "The fact that we are ushering in another first to Africa in a span of four years is an affirmation of our continuing pioneering role in African aviation."
