Emirates previously rolled out instalment and deferred-payment options in other markets, including an interest-free “Fly Now, Pay Down the Line” programme with Emirates NBD for online ticket purchases.1 It also renewed a 12-month 0% interest “Easy Pay” instalment plan with Gulf Bank in Kuwait for credit cardholders.2 Separately, Emirates partnered with Cellulant on a split-payment solution in Kenya that let customers combine mobile money, mobile banking and cards.3
