Embraer sees weak civil and business demand in 2010, strong home market ordering

Embraer CEO, Frederico Curado, stated demand for commercial and executive jets will remain weak during 2010, but the manufacturer hopes to register USD500 million in sales in Brazil in 2009, helping to offset the decline (Reuters, 09-Dec-2009). Brazilian sales will account for approximately 10% of the manufacturers' sales.
