El Al CEO resigns

El Al Israel Airlines CEO, Haim Romano, will reportedly resign with the full agreement of the Board, after four and a half years in the position (Globe Online, 09-Sep-2009). Mr Romano will reportedly receive an additional 18 months salary, which reportedly indicates the resignation was not voluntary.
