easyJet to base three additional aircraft at London Gatwick Airport

easyJet reportedly plans to base three additional aircraft at London Gatwick Airport, increasing its fleet at the airport to 43, in response to Aer Lingus' plans to reduce its number of aircraft at the airport from five to three (Travel Trade Gazette/Travel Mole, 11-Jan-2010). easyJet stated the carrier would announce new routes from London Gatwick "within the next few weeks".
