easyJet also signed a long term base maintenance agreement with Bird Aviation covering two maintenance lines for seven years, with a three-year extension option, for A320 family checks at Larnaca1. It awarded Lufthansa Technik Sofia a seven-year heavy-check contract for A320 family aircraft, dedicating four overhaul bays each winter season, after commencing base maintenance work for easyJet in 20152. easyJet also contracted MAAS Aviation to repaint its entire A320 Family fleet at Maastricht under a multi-year deal3.
