easyJet founder plans online travel agency if carrier changes branding

easyJet founder, Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, stated he has developed plans to launch an online travel agency using the easyJet name, if the carrier decides to rebrand (Times Online, 05-Jun-2010). Sir Stelios' easyGroup and easyJet are involved in a legal dispute over the carrier's level and rate of growth, dividend policy and the breakdown of revenue sources. Sir Stelios licences the easyJet name to the carrier for GBP1 million p/a and quit the easyJet board in May-2010.
