easyJet’s senior leadership pipeline saw CFO Kenton Jarvis named to succeed CEO Johan Lundgren in early 2025, with the carrier also launching a search for a permanent CFO replacement during the transition period.1 Operational leadership had previously been stabilised after Peter Bellew resigned as COO effective 01-Jul-2022, when David Morgan moved from chief pilot to interim COO.2 Morgan was later confirmed as permanent COO, joining the Airline Management Board.3 On the commercial side, Sophie Dekkers had been appointed easyJet chief commercial officer after Robert Carey’s resignation.4
