Australia Pacific Airports Corporation confirmed Dexus might have been required to divest its 27.3% stake in Melbourne Tullamarine Airport after the airport board issued a notice alleging a material confidentiality breach, which Dexus intended to dispute.1 Melbourne Tullamarine Airport previously awarded The Frame Group a three-year IT management contract to oversee two onsite data centres, 90 communication rooms and active network infrastructure.2 Melbourne Airport earlier said its data centre was the first in Australia to use KyotoCooling, and a second data centre was planned for business continuity and growth.3
