ASUR files registration statement for secondary equity offering

(NYSE: ASR; BMV: ASUR) (ASUR), announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed secondary equity offering of Series B shares, directly or in the form of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) by JMEX B.V., a 16.0% shareholder of ASUR.
