easyJet plc has mandated Crédit Agricole CIB & KfW IPEX-Bank as Joint Underwriters and Mandated Lead Arrangers for a 10 year commercial debt financing of eight (8) Airbus A319 and A320 to be delivered between August 2010 and May 2011.
