Air Transport Association challenges NMB final rule on union representation

17-May-2010 The Air Transport Association of America (ATA), the trade organization for the leading U.S. airlines, today filed a legal challenge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, responding to the National Mediation Board (NMB) issuance of a voting rule change for union representation.
