United Airlines adds service in 13 cities

18-Feb-2010 United Airlines today announced additional service linking 13 cities to the airline's global network with seasonal and year-round flights beginning June 9, 2010, to and from the airline's hubs in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington.

Six additional cities will have convenient access to Chicago and the world. United offers more than 615 daily departures to more than 145 cities worldwide.

United will link five additional cities to Los Angeles, from which the airline offers nearly 200 daily departures to points throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Additionally, Saturday-only service between Cancun, Mexico, and Los Angeles and between Mexico City and Los Angeles will operate daily June 9 through Sept. 6.

Two additional cities will have direct access to San Francisco, United's principal trans-Pacific gateway. At San Francisco International - where United operates more than 230 daily departures - customers traveling to and from Alaska and Montana will have convenient access to and from points in the western U.S. and Australia.
