NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Malaysian Airline System Berhad (“MAS” or “Company”) will be held at the Auditorium, 1st Floor, South Wing, MAS Academy, No. 2, Jalan SS7/13, Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Monday, 25 January 2010 at 10.00 a.m. or any adjournment thereof, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolutions with or without modifications as shall be determined upon at such meeting:
