MAp - completion of internalisation
16-Oct-2009 MAp is pleased to announce that following the successful security holder vote at MAp’s Special and General Meetings on 30 September 2009, the necessary steps have been implemented to complete the internalisation of MAp’s management effective from 15-Oct-2009.
The internalisation of MAp's management has resulted in a number of corporate governance and administrative changes as listed below:
Appointment of Director
MAp is pleased to announce that Mr John Roberts has been appointed as a Director of MAp Airports Limited as a casual vacancy. He resigns as an alternate Director to Max Moore-Wilton on MAp Airports International Limited.
Resignation of Company Secretaries
Ms Christine Williams and Mr Dennis Leong have both resigned as company Secretary of MAp Airports Limited. Ms Sally Webb will be the sole Company Secretary of MAp Airports Limited. Ms Anne Bennett-Smith remains the Company Secretary of MAp Airports International Limited.
New Constitutions
The MAp stapled entities have all adopted new constitutions, which have been released to the ASX and are available on the new MAp website www.mapairports.com.au .
