Delta completes flat-bed retrofit on B777 and B767-400 aircraft

Delta Air Lines completed (28-Jun-2011) the installation of full flat-bed seats in the BusinessElite cabin of all B777 and B767-400ER aircraft. The last of 18 B777s, each with 45 BusinessElite seats per aircraft, and all 21 B767-400ER with 40 BusinessElite seats per aircraft have been retrofitted with flat-beds. Each seat has direct aisle access. Delta's first B767-300ER will be retrofitted in Aug-2011. To date, more than 25% of Delta's widebody international fleet has received the upgrade and the airline's entire widebody international fleet of more than 140 aircraft will be operating with flat-bed seats in BusinessElite by the end of 2013.
