Delta Air Lines says Asia market is 'lagging a bit'

Delta Air Lines EVP & general counsel Peter Carter, speaking at the CAPA Americas Aviation Summit 2016, stated (11-Apr-2016) the Asian market is "lagging a bit" in regards to developing alliances and JVs, noting the "difficulties of those governments are a little different to deal with." He also stated those governments tend to be the most protectionist from a trade perspective.
