Customer personalisation in its infancy in airline business: Sabre regional director

Sabre regional director strategic clients Richard Castle, speaking at the CAPA Airlines In Transition Summit, said (10-Mar-2016) the level of customer personalisation in the airline business is in its infancy. Mr Castle called for airlines to tailor their social media responses based on the information they have about individual passengers.
