Croatian airports pax up 11%, cargo down 10% in Aug-2013

Croatia's Bureau of Statistics reported (10-Oct-2013) the following traffic highlights at Croatian airports for Aug-2013:

• Passenger numbers: 1.1 million, +10.7% year-on-year;
• Cargo volume: 593 tonnes, -10.4%;
• Aircraft movements: 14,977, +6.4%.

Split Airport recorded a 21.2% increase in passengers in Aug-2013 while Dubrovnik Airport recorded an increase of 5.4%. Zagreb Airport recorded a 2.7% decline in passengers.
