Creditor application for Lucky Air bankruptcy reorganisation approved

Lucky Air stated (18-Feb-2021) the Hainan Provincial Higher Court ruled to accept a creditors' application for the bankruptcy and reorganisation of Lucky Air. The HNA Group liquidation team was appointed as the administrator to carry out the reorganisation tasks. Creditors have until 31-Mar-2021 to declare their claims to the administrator.
