Cover Genius SVP: 70% of travellers prepared to switch airlines for automatic disruption payouts

Cover Genius SVP travel Peter Smith, speaking to CAPA TV at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Australia Pacific, reported (28/29-Jul-2026) 73% of surveyed travellers stated automatic payouts are "the most critical thing" in compensation for travel disruption.
