Copenhagen Kastrup Airport Sep-2012 pax growth driven by int'l and transfer traffic
Denmark's Copenhagen Kastrup Airport reported (10-Oct-2012) the growth drivers for passenger traffic at the airport continue to be international and transfer traffic, which increased 3.7% year-on-year and 6.6% in Sep-2012, respectively. Sep-2012 traffic highlights include:
- Passenger numbers: 2.1 million, +1.0%;
- Domestic: 169,324, -22.2%;
- International: 2.0 million, +3.7%;
- Aircraft movements: 21,390, -5.5%;
- Domestic: 2371, -35.7%;
- International: 19,019, +0.3%.
The airport also reported the following top 10 destinations by passenger numbers:
- London: 134,908, -5.1% year-on-year;
- Stockholm: 121,034, +2.6%;
